Event Description
A one-time 2-hour class that provides a basic overview of the birth process, including signs of labor, when to go to the hospital, stages of labor, breathing and relaxation techniques, options for pain relief, hospital procedures, and helpful tips for labor & birth. A film will also be shown and course book is included.
