The Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance program has been scientifically proven to help reduce falls, improve physical function, and improve balance.

SEATS ARE VERY LIMITED - REGISTER EARLY. Note: Street Parking is plentiful, however we will also validate parking if needed.
